Commercial Business Development Executive
Current1. Engage directly with Property Stakeholders, Building Managers, and businesses of multi-dwelling properties to identify target commercial sites.2. Proactively manage the sales pipeline and collaborate across divisions (CS, BD, Finance, Marketing, Infrastructure) to secure and expand the client base and revenue.3. Develop and nurture a strong network of relationships to support new business development, utilising both internal and external connections.4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, Property Managers, commercial associations, and freeholders. Provide regular progress reports to management and manage workflow through CRM systems.
