Salesforce Admin at Mom Relaunch, a leading platform to bring talented moms back into the workforce, championing an inclusive culture of diversity and workplace equality. My role as a Salesforce Admin involves working with Mom Relaunch launchpad and implementing new projects internal and client facing. Managing Environments, Testing, BA, writing User Stories, User Access management & Business users support of multiple projects. Proficient in using Salesforce workflows, process builder etc. Played role of manual and automated QA using Selenium. List of projects include:• Project: SMS Magic – Live. Successfully integrated and Tested SMS Magic App Exchange product to send SMS notifications to members. Lead role in configuring, process builder creation, test case creation and execution and working with product and support team to resolve issues, giving demos and user documentation.Project: Global Help Network – In Development. Working on integrating Pardot on Salesforce and enabling member communication and report generation, additional functionality to auto convert lead from web, end to end testing including unit testing and functional testing.Project: Visual Force Page – Live. Successfully deployed. Created user dashboard to allow members to select available assignments and enrollment. Played role of QA and BA. PMO Automation – Live. Playing the role of project lead and QA and was instrumental in requirement gathering and creating end to end test plan. Project involves automation of PMO functions like timesheet reminders, status updates etc.HR Automation – Live. Playing the role of Admin and QA to create custom validation rules for candidate management.DB Sync (app exchange product) Automated testing – In Development. Leveraging Selenium to automate testing of DB Sync product. This system will integrate salesforce with QuickBooks, Shopify and MS CRM. Using Selenium IDE to automate various test cases.
