As senior manager in the Professional Practices department within IAG at America Express, I am responsible for the training curriculum for 200+ employees which includes both technical and professional/leadership skills.I work with SMEs and presenters/trainers to provide input into training design with adult learning principles in mind.

As a Learning and Development Manager, I oversee the execution of the professional learning curriculum for the Assurance business line at BDO USA. I consult with key stakeholders to assess performance needs, determine if and how to best address the issues with training interventions, and ensure they align with the strategic goals provided by the organization and business line.After the training needs are identified, I work with sponsors to organize proper learning objectives and strategically map out the best methods of training for the content that will be created. I then manage all needed projects simultaneously, working with other Learning & Development professionals to ensure work is done within agreed upon deadlines.

As an assistant manager for the training department I was responsible for creating compelling technical content for technical training courses whilst training+600 trainees on the firm’s technical requirements incorporating the principles of panning and project managementapplicable in an audit and auditing complex areas. I facilitated the train-the-trainer for approximately +80 trainers for technical learning within the firm and project managed technical training courses, which included liaising with the hotels to secure contracts for venues for training interventions and was the main point of contact for event organization
