Key Results:• Delivered the design and construction management of 17 technology systems, 4 specialist consultants, 6 key contractors and building services coordination for Wynn Palace including 55,000 network nodes, 7,100 surveillance cameras, 1700 Access Controlled doors, 200 TR rooms, 1,000 racks, 500 gaming tables, 1,200 slot machines, AV/BGM systems and RF Network including Tetra, GSM and WiFi.

Specialist consultant for the preparation of Studio City (Macau) and COD Manila casino opening projects and responsible on the technical evaluation, business justification, budgetary control, vendor management, construction progress monitoring and project management on all systems required for each of the projects. Key Results:• Planning, implement and deliver 135 Systems with Data Center for both Studio City and COD Manila.

Oversee all systems related business including projects implementation, client relationships, technical support, application development, financial monitoring and overseas operation. Manage operating budget and direct/indirect activities of 40+ staffs in the region.Challenged to improve productivity and manage rapidly growing market. Utilized project methodologies and collaborated with department managers to deliver massive implementation for casinos. Authored plan to improve project process, engineering support and developed localized software products for specific market segment.Key Results:• Expanded the market share from 10% to more than 50% in Macau casino systems business. Revenue grows from US$5M to US$45M per annum.• Organization expanded from 7 staffs locally to 80+ in 4 countries. Opened offices in Singapore and New Zealand. • Implemented 12 large casino sites for in 4 territories. (7 new casinos opening and 5 conversions)

Provide technical training and consultancy on cutting-edge storage technology such as SCSI, RAID, FC/ iSCSI SAN and Virtualization for the entire Asia Pacific region. Key Results:• Build up OEM relationship with major partners in the region, such as Lenovo/Inspur in China and Wipro in India. • Developed a storage certification class ACSP and offered for general public.

Key Results:• Design and implemented a reliable connectivity for Datacenters located along the route (HK, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing) under 8,000KM SDH fiber-ring between Hong Kong and China. • State of the art technology included IP+ATM, Multiple Protocols Labeling System (MPLS), Voice over IP/ Frame Relay were deployed.

Project lead to implement the GOAII-2 project from scope definition, site preparation, equipment ordering, data migration and connection to central site of Government under PRINCE methodology. Key Results:• Implemented secured servers and workstation with specific software, patching for millennium bug and data conversion for 8 departments and 5 bureaus. Also responsible for management of 4 Engineering Managers and 80+ Technicians for related support.
