Preparation of Inception Report, Feasibility Report, land aquisition Report, Preliminary Project Report and Final Detailed Project Report etc.1) Project : Detailed Project Report for rehabilitation and up gradation to 2 lane with paved shoulder configuration/4lane divided carriageway of the stretch between Ayodhya-Chhawani-Ghanghata-Barhalganj-Barhaj-Guthani-Siwan. (Package No. NHAI/R/25)Total project length is about 250 Kilometers. There are 24 numbers of existing bridges on the project road taken up for design and improvement. There are another 5 Minor Bridges, 2 Major Bridges, 10 VUPs, 6 PUPs, 2 LVUPs, 2 Fly Overs and 4 ROBs taken up for designs on the Bypasses proposed.2) Project : Consultancy Services for Preparation of Detailed Project Report for rehabilitation and up gradation to 2 lane with paved shoulder configuration of stretch between Rameshwar-Gangolihat-Bageshwar-Almora section of NH309A, Package NH/IAHE/54 in the states of Uttarakhand.Total project length is about 225 Kilometers. There are 11 numbers of existing bridges in the project road and one major Bridge of 1X62.5m.3) Project : Consultancy Services for Preparation of Detailed Project Report for upgradation of Nuh-Mandkola-Palwal-Jewar-Bulandshahar Road passing through the states of Uttar Pradesh and HaryanaTotal project length is about 65 Kilometers. There are 14 Bridges in this stretch where Well foundations and pile foundations are proposed for the foundation system.

1) TEAM LEAD-Dedicated Freight Corridor Project (Western Corridor, Combined Contract Package 1 and 2 for ICB No. CT P-1 and CT P-2 : Rewari – Ikbalgarh Section, July-2013 to January-2016)L&T Constructions had been entrusted the project “construction and completion of Civil, Building and Track works combined package CT P-1 and CT P-2 under design & builds agreement. covers the distance of approximately 628 km between Rewari and Iqbalgarh. CTP-1 stretches from Rewari to Ajmer and CTP-2 stretches from Ajmer to Iqbalgarh.Project Details : Double-track electrified railway lines, Broad Gauge (BG-1676mm) capable of handling 32.5 ton axle loads and double stack containers. The bridges and other structures are designed to allow movement of 32.5 ton axle load operating at maximum train speed of up to 100 Km/hr.The entire project consists a total of 1339 structures including 11 number Important Bridges, 98 number Major Bridges, 674 number Minor Bridges, 304 no. RUBs, 5 number Rail Flyovers, 6 number ROBs etc.2) TEAM LEAD-Dedicated Freight Corridor Project (Western Corridor, Contract Package-3 ( R ) for ICB No. CT P-3 ( R ) : Ikbalgarh - Vadodara Section, February-2016 to January-2017Project Details : Approximate project length : 298 kmBridge structures : 847 structures including 5 number Important Bridges, 106 number Major Bridges, 400 number Minor Bridges, 313 no. RUBs, 16 number Rail Flyovers, 7 number ROBs etc.Worked as Team Lead for the above projects. Responsibilities included Design of Railway Bridges and coordination between sub-consultants & the PMC. Span arrangement - 68m + 120m + 68m (PSC Box segmental cast in place superstructure) - designed with ADAPT software with the provisions of AASHTO codes.Foundations - Well foundation of twin D-ShapeSubstructure - Elleptical hollow piers3) Preparation of Feasibility Report for Delhi-Meerut Expressway Including Connecting Road Under NHDP Phase – VI.Delhi-Meerut Expressway starting from Sarai Kale Khan near Yamuna Bridge to Meerut (approximate length 65Km) is devided into four Packages.a) Package – I : Km 0+000 to Km. 28+000 (Nizamuddin to Dasna) – About 30 structures including Yamuna bridge.b) Package – II : Km 28+000 to Km. 49+000 (Dasna to Hapur Bypass) – Elevated corridor of 4 Kilometer length at Pilkhua and other flyovers, bridge at Ganga canal expressway etc.c) Package – III : Km. 8+000 to Km. 52+250 (Delhi – UP Border to Meerut Bypass) – ROB near Sahibabad, elevated road of about 2.0 kilometers at Modi Nagar and Murad Nagar each.d) Package – IV : Km 28+000 to Km. 60+000 (Dasna to Meerut - green field) – Interchange at EPE crossing, 2 ROBs, bridge at Ganga canal expressway etc.

1) Prepared DPR for 4 No. ROBs for Development of Access Controlled 4/6 Lane Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway in the State of Haryana (on BOT Basis) at Ch. Km. 5+097, Km. 33+749, Km. 66+385 and Km. 72+434. Prepared detailed design of superstructure and substructure for different spans as listed below.• PSC I-Beam of 35m span in 8.9° Skew, 9.2° Skew, 17° skew and 32° skew each.• PSC I-Beam of 24.869m span in 9.2° Skew.• PSC I-Beam of 26.752m span in 8.9° Skew.• PSC I-Beam of 34m span in 32° skew.• PSC I-Beam of 36.6m span in 17° skew.2) Prepared DPR for Four Laning of NH-1A from Jammu to Udhampur section (Approximate length of 60 Kilometers) in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. Total number of Major bridges in this project were 35, minor bridges 40 and 12 underpasses.i ) Superstructures were designed with the help of RM Bridge 2006 software as per following. • (30+40+30)m PSC Box Girder continuous with 100m radius and straight.• (30+40+40+30)m PSC Box girder continuous with 120m radius and straight.• 2 X 30m PSC Box girder continuous with 120m radius.• 60m span PSC Box girder with radius of 150m, 280m and 300m each.• 46m span PSC Box girder straight.• 48m span PSC Box girder Radius 120m.ii ) Foundation and Substructure : Designed Wall type abutment and Piers resting on open foundation and well foundations. The height of Piers was approximately 50 to 60m in many bridges, for which hollow type pier shaft was designed to reduce the load on foundations.3) Prepared DPR for Jorhat to Dibrugarh section of NH-37 in the state of Assam from chainage Km. 455 to Km. 605 of approximately 150 Km. length. This project has 33 Bridges including 7 Major Bridges, 2 ROBs, 2 Grade separated intersections of 30m each and 22 number Minor Bridges.4) Prepared DPR for Four laning and rehabilitation of Khagaria-Purnia section (Km. 270 To Km. 410) of NH-31. This project has 25 bridges including Kosi Bridge of 1270 m length and other Major Bridges of 140 m, 75m, 67m etc.

1) Proof checking of approximately 70 Major Bridges on East-West and North-south corridor, As Assistant Manager responsible for checking the design and drawings as submitted by the DPR consultants. 2) Detailed Design of River Bridges of NH-45 Project, Substructure and superstructure of River Bridges, responsible for Design of ROBs of multiple spans of about 50 m length.3) Detailed Design of PSC structures of Hebbal Interchange for Bangalore Development Authority, most of the spans were curve in plan and most of the spans were of 32 m span length.4) Responsible for Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings for Preliminary Project Report of Gujarat Project. Gujarat project was divided into seven packages covering about 168 minor bridges, 24 Major Bridges, 09 ROBs, 75 Vehicular and non vehicular underpasses. Prepared Design for Two Packages out of seven Packages covering about 100 Bridges.5) Responsible for Designing of NH-45 Project covering about 70 Bridges. Prepared Design and Drawing for Major Bridges of lengths up to 650 m. Most of the ROBs were of about 20-25 m length of individual span. Prepared designs for ROBs and made it corrected and approved with the concerned authority of Zonal Railways. WELL foundations, PILE foundations, RAFT foundations, OPEN foundations were provided for this Package for different type of Bridges including River Bridges, ROBs etc. Superstructure provided was of PSC BOX Girder, PSC I-Beam and Slab, RCC T-Beam and Slab and Solid Slab type.

1) Detailed project preparation with design and detailing, submission of construction drawings. Detailed design for Kaveri Bridge for which the scheme provided was 15 spans of 42 m each.2) Prepared Design and Drawing for Minor and Major Bridges of Nagpur-Adilabad section in North-South Corridor, prepared Design and Drawings for Thoppur Ghat project, most of the superstructures were of solid slab type. 3) Prepared the design of Major and Minor Bridges of NORTH-SOUTH CORRIDOR in NAGPUR-ADILABAD SECTION for the above said Project.  4) Prepared Detailed Design and Drawings of Minor Bridges at Km. 15.491, Km. 30.465, Km. 36.415 etc. Foundations provided were of OPEN TYPE AND RAFT TYPE. Superstructure provided were based on Standard MOST (Ministry Of Surface And Transport) Drawings. 5) Prepared Detailed Design and Drawings for Major Bridge on River WANE at Km. 28.39. Superstructure provided was of RCC T-Beam Girder And Slab Type. Well Foundations were provided for the bridge and the Sub-structure was of RCC Wall Type.

1) Prepared detailed Design report, Tender Documents and BOQ for Shiva Oasis Motel at Midway Behror (Delhi-Jaipur Highway). This hotel was three storied. At the reception area coffered slab was provided to avoid the column in the reception area.2) Prepared the designs for “Assessment of Existing Highway structures”, for Government of United Kingdom. This project covered around 300 existing bridges of United Kingdom containing fly Overs, Underpasses etc. Babtie was the main consultant and the work was sublet to other consultants. 3) Prepared detailed Project Report indicating the structural strength of these existing structures. Analysis of Fly Over Decks, Underpasses was carried out by SAP 90 (Design software). 4) Prepared detailed Design report for Research Institute (Tibbetan Monastery) at Bodh Gaya, Bihar.  5) Prepared detailed Design Report for Manduwala Monastery at Dehradun, Uttar Pradesh. Tender documents and BOQ was also the part of the consultancy services. 6) Prepared detailed Design Report, tender document and BOQ for hospitals under Punjab Health Systems Corporation. Prepared detailed Design report and BOQ for EIL Group Housing society situated at sector-56, Gurgaon, Haryana. 7) Prepared detailed Design Report, BOQ for the Trimurti Apartments situated at Jaipur. Responsible for the Design of Hotel and Health Centre at Nainital, Uttar Pradesh.
