Planned, coordinated, and executed engagement activities for annual financial statement audits, quarterly reviews, SEC filings and agreed-upon procedures. Extensive experience serving private and publicly traded REIT clients.• Supervised and reviewed the work of audit engagement staff (2 to 10 professionals per team) and prepared performance evaluations at the end of each engagement in order to mentor and develop staff members. Created and maintained engagement budgets and monitored performance against budget.• Developed and managed strong relationships with client management and KPMG senior management.
