Responsibilities• Communicate with the customers, Visit Companies, schedule a meeting, sign a contract with them, and further procedures.• Support and coordinate with the sales and parts team.• Strong Follow-up with the customers and guide them for upcoming Compressor/Dryer Maintenance.• Planning a Compressor/Dryer upcoming & current Maintenance & Scheduling a team and dispatch to companies for execution.• Reporting to line Manager.• Assisting the Front Office team.• Help with inventory control.• Making Service Contracts, Service Plans, and Inspection Plans, and forecasting all upcoming Maintenance.• Processing company Quotations, receipts, invoices, Purchase orders, Checks, and bills, using the Software eBizPro.• Assisting and supporting management.• Gathering and processing research data.• Maintaining all data records DVR (Daily Visit Report),1-1 ratio Sheet, Quotation Follow-up sheet, Maintenance Service Contract & Service Plan, AMC Inspection Plan Sheet, Payment Advice, Vendor Summary Report, DSA Report on Google Sheets, Ms. Word & Excel on a Daily basis.• Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, Delivery, Gate pass, Tracking, and ordering office supplies.

• Maintaining all complaints Team Information, Team Orders, Maintain Notifaction & assign Complaints to Supervisor with SAP CRM & SAP PM.• Emailing & Reply to Concerns,• Maintaining Ecxel Sheet, MTLs ladder Safety Checklist, Tools Box Talk Record Form, LT/HT Fault Checklist• Manage L/T (Low Tension) teams for attending Normal & Emergency Complaints• Trouble shoot and rectify HT/LT Fault.• Coordinate with Site supervisor, Shift Incharge & Shift Engineer.• Reporting to line management• Maintaining a postive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all time.• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.• Consumer issues analyzing and rectifying within given time.• Sheduale & Supervise CSP’s & ensure Strict policies & SOP’s.• Provide traning of SAP to new haired Employee
