An Optimistic Anaesthesia Technologist having strong knowledge on Anaesthesia drugs and machine handling with 1 year internship training in General surgeries, Respiratory therapy and Cardio Thoracic surgeries. I have gained wide range of experience in Cardio thoracic surgeries with more than 1.5 yrs of experience in Cardio Thoracic OR including Paediatric cardiac surgery and Adult cardiac surgery as well. Also have assisted Anaesthetist outside OR in Cardiac Cathlab, CT scan, Bronchoscopy, Endoscopy, Neuro Cathlab etc….I have gained vast experience in assisting for invasice cannulation and catheterisation of Arterial and Central venous catheter. Also have experience in assisting for PA catheter insertion and calculating Cardiac Output(CO), Cardiac Index(CI) ,Systemic Vascular Resistence (SVR).I have gained experience in Thoracic surgeries such as Lobectomy, Decortication and other lung cases with DLT tube insertion and Bronchial Blocker placement using Fiberoptic Bronchoscope as well. Being in Cardio thoracic OR,I have also assisted Anaesthetist in Cardiac Transplant as well.Also having knowledge on setting ventilator for intubated patients, tracheostomy and Non-Invasive ventilation.Also have knowledge on ABG analysis and extubation the patients.
