• Responsible for applying part of the monetary policy of the Central Bank of Yemen and applying Basel 1-2 Standards from the Basel Committee and BIS In Yemeni Banks.• Responsible for measuring the risk rating of the Yemeni banks' business according to the international banking rating (CAMELS system):• Assessing the Islamic Banks activates according to the Islamic Banking law and Alshariah perspective.• Assessing the quality of assets and the capital adequacy.- Measuring the non-performing assets, the level of the unresolved cases and the default loans.- Measuring the ratio of the capital adequacy against the impaired assets.- Measuring the required provision and applying the supervisory stipulated procedures.• Evaluating the management performance (the board , the senior management , the other executive committees):- Evaluating the internal organizational control system and the risk management system.- Evaluating the effectiveness of the internal audit system , the information technology System and the external auditors process- Assessing the operational risks (the operational, financial and strategic decisions making risks).• Evaluating the operation risk environment in each banks and communication resources and activities .- Evaluating the data security .- The security of data transfer .• Auditing the banks' financial statement ,accounts , documents, processes taking risks.• Assessing the achieved level of earnings ( profitability).• Making sure that the Yemeni banks’ transactions are legal- no any money laundering.• Reporting the results of findings (banking supervision system & financial analysis).• Additional as member of Microfinance team I participated in the preparing of the regulation for microfinance activity and creating practical manual for microfinance inspection.

With the CGAP expert we prepared Microfinance bank regulation ( capital adequacy , liquidity requirements,provision requirements, loans classification …..), and the onsite examination manual which in the guide line for the examiners to evaluate the MFB ,which include how to evaluating the internal control system and the risk management system in the MFB , also how to measure the non-performing assets….
