In this current role, my core responsibility is to effectively manage organisational resources, ensuring recruitment and retention of the required numbers and types of well-motivated, trained and developed staff. Here, I develop corporate and annual business plan; monitor progress against these plans to ensure successful achievement of established goals. I also advise board members and chair regarding developments within the industry. I forge and solidify cohesive relationships with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers, and other stakeholders to exchange information and views to provide quality services. I define robust marketing and PR strategy to promote the products, services and image of the company in wider community. Furthermore, I develop and maintain Total Quality Management systems with the aim of delivering best possible products and services to customers.
