• Provide desktop and server support. • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.• Email Management and Configuration for all users. • Support and maintain MS Server/Desktops. • Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops. • Install authorized software to laptops and desktops. • Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on PC’s & Laptop’s.• Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops. • Fault-finding to laptops and desktops. • Completing internal user moves including phones. • Responsible for managing backups. • Patching of network and phones. • Installing authorized software to core servers. • Ensuring patches and upgrades are applied to core servers. • Installation of Network printer and management. • Fault-finding to core servers. • Managing and maintain Access point. • Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR • Providing support for MAC and Android Phones/Tabs. • Manage the local network connectivity, Wi-Fi Connectivity, troubleshooting the network related issues • Managing of network devices: Routers, Managed Switches, Access Point, etc. • Ensure network security and connectivity.• Monitor network performance.• Email configuration on client’s computers (MS Outlook, 2007 ,2010,2016) • Web based email management (secure server email solution)• Exchange Server (Office 365) • Installation of Camera (IP camera: Samsung) • VMS: Digifort VMS and DIVA • IP Camera installation and Configuration (Samsung) • Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10• SonicWall Capture client. • barracuda email security.
