Visionary, results-driven IT leader with a history of working with functional leaders to map out technology solutions which achieve long term strategic goals. A solid track record of success in building, mentoring, training, and leading local and global (USA, Africa and East Asia), cross-functional teams in complex technology projects to produce deliverables for strategic IT investments, scalability, automation, and operational efficiency. Directed initiatives of different sizes and scopes, despite the differentiators, one commonality is that I have successfully met all budgets and deadlines for these initiatives. My experience encompasses all aspects of leadership for IT organizations, both within the public and private sectors and my skills include strategic leadership, program management, project management, stakeholder management, Enterprise Architecture and vendor management. I have architected CI/CD Agile, DevSecOps, and ITIL methodologies and principles for projects as turnaround strategy for fast and safe delivery of quality solutions, so you can be assured that my team and I will deliver value-added results that not only meet, but exceed expectation every time. I draw upon customer requirements and needs to lead teams in developing customized solutions to meet their business needs and realize solid return of IT investments. I create unique, cost-effective, and attainable enterprise solutions to increase operational efficiency, and reduce costs without sacrificing quality. I have a profound interest in all things technology, and I've had opportunities to use my expertise to give back to the community, both locally and internationally. I've completed a case study IT and Communications strategic work for the African Development Bank to secure more than $2 billion funding for their SADC 2027 plan to put communities in these countries on a path to digital knowledge and more technology adoption. During my tenure with OCTO, I negotiated vendor contracts and licenses to significantly reduce costs to mitigate budget shortfalls and maintain service delivery for the District. I serve as a board member for the Women's Development Bank as a Director/Trustee with governance responsibilities. If my career history or my expertise pique your interest in any way, or bring up any thoughts or questions, then reach out to me, and we'll talk.
