Support Engineer
CurrentRoles and Responsibilities: • Work on Database to perform Select, Insert, Update and Delete query to perform reported changes using SQL Query. • Perform DDL and DML queries as per requirement• Troubleshooting Production issues and responding to end user. • Proficient in writing SQL queries using joins. • Involved in Backend changes Alter table to add new column , Constraints as per requirement. • Perform L1 analysis on Production bugs, if issue is not resolve at L1 then forward to L2 or L3 for further debugging and resolution• Co-Ordinate with the respective Internal Team for Server, Database & application issues.• Grant and revoke accesses to users ID according to necessary approvals Ask users for necessary approvals according to user requirement.• Monitor the Incoming Customer Queries via Email, Phone & Chat and respond in timely Manner.• Generates Different types of Reports from SQL Database.• Prepared modules of LCMS in visual studio using ASP.Net, C# with the help of the senior developer.• Prepared a module of LCMS Asset Management with the help of Senior Developer• Worked on a module Question Paper Setter which was useful to take test of the training engineers and store those data in database rather than using google forms.• Prepared a module Software validation of LCMS which was used by the Pressure calibration engineers for calculating ppm pressure.• Prepared a module of LCMS Notification Page.• Prepared a module of LCMS Menu access assignment which was used for giving access to the users.• Provided support to users experiencing technical issues with developed products• Identified opportunities for process improvements within the IT department that could result in increased productivity
