I was born in Berdichev, a historic city in the Zhytomyr Oblast (province) of northern Ukraine. At the age of 9, I attended Berdichevskaya Art School. It was during this tender age that I discovered a passion for creativity, design, and the fine arts. When I was 13 years old, shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union, my family fled Ukraine and immigrated to upstate New York in Monsey. These were challenging times for my family and me as we had to immerse ourselves in a new culture, learn a new language, and establish new relationships to succeed. Nonetheless, this experience taught me how to be resilient and adaptable during times of uncertainty. While in high school I joined the hockey team where I was a starting defender. It was then that I learned the value of teamwork, hard work, discipline, communication, and leadership. I share these experiences because they have helped shape my career and have made me the person I am today. I’m proud to say I currently work in the Diamond District of NYC as an expert-level Project Manager with success leading all facets of multi-million-dollar projects within the high-end jewelry design industry. I’m highly knowledgeable in concept development, feasibility studies, project planning, sketching, high-definition photorealistic renderings and animation, CAD design specification, evaluating structural integrity and quality of design, 3D printing, prototyping, casting, quality inspection, and production launch. As a strategic thinker, I consistently bring sound judgment, adaptability, and optimism to every project.You will find that I’m a consummate professional who has an impeccable eye for detail and strives to achieve the highest standards of excellence. Though I still carry a slight but endearing Ukrainian accent, I’m an effective communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills.
