1. Responsible for Sales and business development of LV Switchgears (Low Voltage Products – ACB/MCCB/SFU/ATS/Isolators, Control gears such as – Contactors/Relays/Starters/MPCB, Final Distribution products – MCB/ELCB/RCBO/DB/P&S, Busducts).2. Handling of End Customers, Distributors, Service Partners, Electrical Contractors for assigned region.3. Technical support to customer for selection of LV products for Distribution networks (PCC), Starters (MCC), control gears (type 2 Co-ordinations) etc.4. Responsible for Business development of MV Switchgear spares.5. Responsible for Channel Management and new channel development in assigned region for MV Spares, target finalization, agreement signing, ensure smooth execution and complaint management.

•Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand and meet their service needs Such as AMC, Retrofitting and Casual Work.•Generation of new Leads, maintaining business prospects, Sales presentation in front of customer, making bill of Materials for AMC/Casual Work, Generating technical sales proposals (offers), negotiate with technical/procurement team of customer, converting offers to LOI / Work Orders, making Service Level Agreement (SLA).•Handover file to the execution department for Maintenance execution.•Maintaining good relation with the customers by regular visit at site.

•Providing Electrical (Switchgear) Maintenance and Repair services to Customers.•Maintenance of Electrical switchgear Products, Electrical Panels, LV Testing (Ratio, Magnetic Balance, Magnetizing current, vector group) and Maintenance of Distribution Transformers up to 2.5MVA, HT Vacuum Circuit Breakers, Oil Circuit Breakers, APFC Panels, AMF Panels, Primary and Secondary Current Injection Test.•On site troubleshooting of Switchgear product like ACB, MCCB, Contactor, Motor Starters (Star-Delta and Direct On-Line), Relays, APFC Panels etc.•Knowledge of GA Drawing and Power/ Control Drawing Reading.•Preventive Maintenance shutdown activity planning, leading the team during site shutdown considering their safety.•Make & Maintain Commercial ISO Records – Order, Billing-Tax Invoice, Payment Follow-up, Payment collection and Service Reports.•Manpower handling and Distribution of job.
