➢ Part of complete project lifecycle including initiation (Kick –off), Planning, Scheduling, Prioritizing, Execution, Tracking, Monitoring, Controlling and Completion of Green field | Brown field projects | Facility modification and maintenance of existing infrastructure within stipulated time frame and budget➢ Schedule and adjust every stage of projects to meet timeline and budget targets➢ Responsible for health & safety at site➢ Invoice authorization including quantity certification & detailedprogress reporting to stakeholders➢ Ensuring the use of approved Method Statements / RiskAssessment Work Instruction, Formats, Checklist, Inspection &Test Plans (ITP), Drawings and Specifications➢ Cost estimation & accordingly raising the CAPEX / MEP forProject /Maintenance jobs; achieving the Project objectives like Cost, Quality, Timeline, Implementing procedures, SOP and Safety standards➢ Communicating with purchase team for timely material availability and tracking with store team for inventory control➢ Involved in tendering, negotiation & selection of vendors; controlling day-to-day activities of execution, resource planning & cost control and quality control at the site
