• Assist senior architect in the design and development of projects and prepare a comprehensive set of Architectural drawings and conceptual plans under the senior Architect’s supervision.• Prepare and modify drawings, plans, sections, presentations and review by senior architect and client.• Create 2D, 3D models and designs of the project using Computer-aided Design software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp.• Liaison with the client, Project Manager, Structural Engineer, and MEP consultants to incorporate structure and services into the latest architectural layouts.• Prepare a set of working drawings with detailed specifications for council approval under the senior Architect’s guidance.• Communicate efficiently with Senior Architect, Project Manager, and Contractors to include the variations and prepare revisions drawings as required.• Utilize knowledge of the building codes and regulations in the design and drafting of the architectural drawings.

• Design and develop conceptual plans, and drawings, and prepare documentation under the guidance of the Architect.• Prepare and revise plans, working drawings, and preliminary sketches for council approval and on-site works according to Architect’s instructions.• Liaison with project manager, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders for drawings and specifications related to subjects.• Read and interpret structural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) services drawings.• Prepare revision to include Structure and MEP services in construction drawings as per Architect/Consultant’s instructions.• Efficient use of design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, and Lumion to prepare 2D and 3D drawings as instructed by the Architect.• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in architectural designs. • Adhere to company regulations and code of practice.

As an architectural intern, I assisted construction teams by preparing site plans, floor plans, building sections, and elevations. I assessed construction documents for local codes, standards, guidelines, laws, and municipal ordinances to develop building specifications. I participated in the early draft process by generating new ideas. I delivered presentations of shop drawings for client meetings and competition projects. I also, partnered with senior architects to supervise construction during site visits. In addition, I rendered technical drawings and produced 2D models using AutoCAD.• Awarded Best Trainee Architect.• Assisted Principal Architect in designing the proposal for Mayor's residence.
