• Multifaceted leadership role for End to End orchestration of MotherHub operations catering 65% Marketplace Business of Pan India operations . . To lead and build a bottom-up short term and the long term supply plan factoring in the inputs from Flipkart central planning and Design teams ~ volume of 2 million+ sorts per day.• To own the design/strategy for the BU - Identify the right MH/DC type for each business cohort and operationalize it in a sustainable manner. • Drives in stock, inventory turns, and supply chain improvements.
