Worked with the Operations Manager's and the Executive team to break down Company's 5-year Strategic goal into Action plans with predefined deadlines, also delegating them to the different cross-talented teams with the right resources. Spearheaded and successfully completed all the assigned yearly action plans directly linked to the Company Strategy.Coordinated with other CI Leaders to come up with a systematic plan to introduce new CI Events to further boost Employee engagement and also developed a strategic plan to implement 5S event in the whole manufacturing facility.Re-evaluated and organized the purchase parts storage system so as to combat the missing parts problems, resulting in the savings of more than 268 man hours per month while simultaneously upgrading it to a digital system. Lead 7 Kaizen events in a span of 11 months comprising of interdepartmental team resulting in the cost savings of more than $215,000. Completed all the action items by keeping the team on track with regular follow up meetings and updates.

· Currently working on data analysis for critical decision making of the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Model of Wireless Smart Pill model with Dr. Jefferson to tackle issues related to Drug Shortages, Counterfeit Drugs and Diverted Drugs.· Working with the DEA-Dallas department on project relating to new Wireless Smart Evidence Container, having active RFID chips. Designing the data collection technique to analyze the data, segregate and research anomalies in IMPINJ.· Direct leadership of a team of 5 Engineers working on different Projects, with some of them having sub-teams of 2+ members. Represented UTA at an International Research Conference of IISE in Pittsburg in May 2017 as a Speaker.· Coordinating weekly meetings, preparing reports, agendas and minutes of the meeting and following up on action item.

Worked on 6 DOF lightweight heavy duty manipulator used to pick, place objects built specific to customer requestsDesigned electromechanical parts like motors and gear assembly along with robot arm, wrist and end effectorTested the workability of the servo-electric gripper design based on strength, robustness, and load carrying capacity. Implemented PID control for smooth, accurate and reliable positioning of the robot end effector.
