10 + years of experience in I.T industry, which includes requirement study, analysis, design, development, enhancement and testing ERP applications for multiple business enterprises and involved in requirement analysis, documentation.● 7+ years of comprehensive experience in developing, executing and customizing PeopleSoft HCM applications.● Have experience in Enhancement and Support of PeopleSoft HCM solutions covering modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, ESS and MSS in Technical side● Extensively worked with People Tools such as Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, File Layout and Data Mover● Posses strong analytical and management skills with a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.● Good knowledge in RDBMS concepts and SDLC.● Proficient in SQL.● Good at determining technical and business requirements, meeting training needs, defining project deliverables, providing customer satisfaction through work delivery, and ensuring quality of projects.● Good at working with culturally diverse people, posses leadership to focus on operational efficiency, service delivery quality, process excellence and customer satisfaction from implementation to delivery.
