▪ Stakeholder Management - Managing Current and New Projects Business requirement of Client and handling all incoming requests, inquiry, and resolution for GA parts across India for GA (General Assembly) commodities. ▪ Source to contract - Evaluating and identifying the right supplier for goods and services.▪ Cost Settlement & Business Finalization of Chassis Parts. ▪ Cost Evaluation & Negotiation for all models. ▪ Manage Supplier account (Local & Global) of approx. Rs 1200 Mn Annual Turnover.▪ Cost reduction through renegotiation, alternate sourcing, localization expansion & supply chain route optimization.▪ Mapping RM & exchange rate movement trend from market & quarterly price settlement with suppliers ▪ Managing day to day correspondence with suppliers from RFQ to development process ▪ New Vendor Selection & development based on market study, industry contacts etc.▪ CFT projects with Supplier/ R&D/ Quality/ Development teams for part localization.▪ Timely reviewing supplier capacity to ensure smooth supply chain.

▪ Identifying the Vendors for New product Development (NPI).▪ Coordination of the part development & validation (DVP) activities, in close interaction with component supplier & raw materials supplier & internal CFTs.▪ Analysis for field failures/ warranty claims & their countermeasure.▪ Tracked project right from drawing release to in-warding of parts by coordinating with all departments ranging from R&D to logistics.▪ Responsible for tool tracking, fixture and SPM developments, tool tracking, tool transfer and tool installation at series location in coordination with Engg and SQE Team.

▪ Work closely with Commodity Managers and identify the Potential or NPI Suppliers to be evaluated for risk assessments.▪ Supplier audit and its conformity with suggestions for robust and mistake proofing.▪ Supplier assessment and negotiation exposure with supplier for year over year reduction.▪ Release PR/ PO/Contract/Schedule Agreement and tracking ON-TIME deliverables and payment with ownership sense.▪ Driving cost workshops for achieving cost reduction.▪ Run bid process and coordinate with suppliers to obtain price offers.▪ Managing claims management process with Contract manufacturers and suppliers.▪ Performance measurement through KPI for procurement, supplier, sourcing maturity roadmap savings and demand management etc.▪ Closely monitoring the status of parts availability considering QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery).▪ Sourcing of mro, import item, machinery spares, tools, gauges, fixtures, inspection instruments & equipment.▪ Scheduling meetings on a regular basis with CFT & supplier for project review, assess and prioritize issues and risks & works as a team to mitigate it.▪ Follow up and supporting logistics outbound activities for hassle-free export. ▪ Timely Detailed Analysis and resolution of issues which are critical for Launch and SOP

▪ Maintaining and targeting the production schedule as per plan.▪ Taking the quality issue and its remedies with CAPA.▪ Running line with productive and effective planning.▪ Preparing shop floor sop and part cost.▪ Supervising the work of all staff and creating a culture based on Lean Operating principles.▪ Working to fully fill the machine shop supply.▪ Maintaining 5S and a lean working environment.▪ Allocation of resources and manpower to optimize the production.
