Conduct visual inspections of plastic bags and tissue products to identify defects, irregularities, ordeviations from quality standards.• Use measuring tools to verify the dimensions and specifications of plastic bags and tissue products,ensuring they meet required standards.• Inspect raw materials used in production (plastic films, paper, etc.) to ensure they meet qualityrequirements before entering the manufacturing process.• Perform various quality tests on finished products, including tensile strength, tear resistance, andsealing integrity for plastic bags, as well as softness and absorbency for tissues.• Select random samples from production batches for inspection and testing purposes.• Maintain detailed records of inspection results, quality test data, and any non-conformities detected.• Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns and provide feedback for continuousimprovement.
