Manu Yadav is a Director at Verizon leading Data and ML platform teams responsible for developing a system of insights for the core consumer and business group.He is an experienced technologist, leader and solution designer with a successful history of working in the different domains and platforms like Realtime Data and Model Platform, Data engineering, Cloud Native Computing Platform, Oracle Utilities App Framework (OUAF), Enovia Collaboration Platform. Prior to Verizon he was working as a Principal Software Engineer at Oracle as part of the Utilities GBU's Cloud Core Services team. He led the core services team as part of the transition from GBU Cloud Services to Oracle Micro Service Platform using the OCI as backbone. Along with it he contributed to the Build Engineering function which develops the customized CI tools to enable the Devops and Release functions. At Oracle he had played the dual role of Scrum Master and Architect for UGBU Cloud automation team which developed utilities using Chef and Python for End to End provisioning/maintenance of utilities products in Oracle Classic Cloud. He has excelled in building product development teams from ground up and scaling them to required expansion capacities based on need. Initially he worked as an individual contributor at Oracle and was lead designer for Utilities Work and Asset Management product.Prior to Oracle, he had worked as Senior Software Engineer at Wipro Technologies, in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) division where he worked in multiple consulting and implementation for various Fortune 500 companies. With a continued focus on innovation, Manu has been both a winner in multiple UGBU Global Innovation Challenges. To enhance employee engagement and promote peer learning, he works as part of the GBU sports and cultural events committee.
