We facilitated necessary filings and periodic statutory audits of those entities remotely with the consultants.• Handled Foreign Direct Investments with relevant RBI filings and reporting of periodic foreign inwards. • With proper documentation and timely filings, collected most of the GST refunds due from the department aiding proper fund management.• SEZ operations management. This included the preparation of project reports, entry, exit from SEZ, bonding/ debonding, and periodic filings. • Been part of the audit team of large listed manufacturing companies, Companies in Jewellery Sector, Retail Sector, Power Sector, Sugar sector, Construction industry and Knowledge Process Outsourcing Sectors.• Leading the audit team on field and reporting to the Senior Managers/ Directors and Partners along with managing multiple client engagements.
