Manu Bakshi is a passionate “hands-on” leader for digital transformation initiatives for software engineering and service management domains for private and public sector clients. After leading successful enterprise programs for corporate 500 clients for over 15 years, Manu started his own company, ServBeyond Solutions LLC in 2010, with a mission to serve public sector customers with services that exceed expectations, delight customers, and transform user experiences. In addition to being the chief executive, he oversees all customer engagements for ServBeyond Solutions.Manu is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP®), and a certified ITIL® Expert; skilled in managing projects in project-centric and matrix environments using Agile and hybrid methodologies. Manu has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Engineering.
