I started Soffront in late 1992 to develop customer management software, which is known today as CRM or Customer Relationship Management.Since 1993, Soffront has innovated many technologies. We innovated the first-ever commercial technologies such as Drag and Drop visual form designer, Knowledge Base for customer ticket resolution, Integration with version controls, visual workflow designer, business rules engine and many more. Today, Soffront product suite includes cloud-based sales, marketing, and customer service software and services.Our other product BrandWide is an all-in-one Franchise Management Software for Franchisors to develop, onboard, train, communicate, and manage franchisees. BrandWide also provides modules for brand marketing, compliance, field audit and royalty management. BrandWide for franchisees provides sales, marketing, customer service, invoicing, scheduling and job management functions.As the CEO I oversee worldwide activities of the business including sales, marketing, and R&D. I’m passionate about helping Franchise and Enterprise businesses to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.I am honored to be featured in the “Who’s Who in CRM” section of the May 2004 CRM Magazine along with Larry Ellison and others.Prior to founding Soffront, I worked several years with companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. I worked in the area of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Human-less factory floor automation, 3D object Recognition and obstacle avoidance for FMC, National Semiconductor and Olivetti.
