Business and Production Shoe Consultance

Production and Quality Manager for a German/French women shoes. Responsible for the first product launch till nowadays productions.CEO since April 2019 on a shoe factory in Oliveira de Azeméis, with 3M business volume (Medium / High quality shoes)

Outsource shoe factories in several countries to produce our heel shoes lines, choosing the country and the factory accordingly the product line and price/quality needed. Development / Industrialization / Quality / Deliveries Supervisor, in those factoriesWorking closely with the Creative and Development Department: Follow up, from the design/prototypes/size setting/bulk productions

Exploiting till the maximum the structure synergies we could have between the companies integrating Camatec Group and Camatec own structure.Assuming CEO responsibilities in direct connection with the President of the Company.

CPO (Chief Product Officer):- Technical and development follow up of the shoe components produced by each company part of Camatec Group (Lasts, insoles, leather soles, injected soles).- Promoting an integrated development between all shoe components produced for each company.- Quality standards definition.- Insure new developments for each season.- Implement new products offer to clients: Other shoe components (ex. heels, leathers, innersoles), Uppers and Shoes (outsourced in Portuguese factories):* Choose the right Portuguese factory for each type of uppers or shoes from the clients* Technical support to new developments/industrialisation/productions/deliveries* Implement the shoe control procedures together with the shoe controllers team* Interface between client demands and factories product offers. CBO (Chief Business Officer):- International exhibitions plan on EC and outside (ex. Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Hong Kong, USA and South Africa)- Target the shoe brands to work with.- Annual sales and profit target definition: produced by the companies integrating Camatec and also the outsourced - Participation in several business meeting missions in European countries, such as Poland, Romania, Hungary and others. CFO (Chief Financial Officer):- Financial controller and decider together with the President of the Company.- Responsible for Bank contacts and negotiations.- Clients financial control and follow up (working with credit insurance companies)

- Financial Services Assistance to several Companies (mainly shoe companies)- Prepare and submit companies investment projects to European Funds Subvention (QCA). 100% approval success.- Follow up of those investment projects
