SUPERINTENDENT (CASTING YARD) - PCL Civil Constructors – Tampa, FL - Jan 2010 – August 2012 (2 years 3 months)● Superintendent in the pre-cast segmental casting yard on the I4 Connector Project in Tampa, FL ($426 MM).● Managed team of engineers (4), quality control inspectors (2) and surveyors (2) Foreman (10)● Project included 2,765 pre-cast segments cast out of 8 casting cells and erected via balanced cantilever, span-by-span and span on false work methods.● Responsible for all field activities in casting yard including planning, around 63 hourly workers onsite.● Lead innovative approach on casting yard layout, increasing safety and productivity of construction activities.● Responsible for all field activities in casting yard including planning, setup and started yard from the beginning, around 38 hourly workers onsite.● Work jointly with clients to review job progress, addressing outstanding issues. Provided highest level of service to clients/owners with excellent leadership communication, using relationship building skills.● Trained and mentored construction workers, general laborers and apprentices.
