Lead the cross-functional coordination and effort for creating business value in Process facilities through achieving a balance of the cost of providing the required asset performance to the agreed level of risk in a safe and sustainable manner. International and regional assignments / secondments: Boddington (Australia), Critical Control Management and Live Work Elimination (South America), Electrical Safety Improvements.Assigned to different roles ranging from Maintenance Engineer, Senior Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineering General Foreman, Maintenance Engineering and Planning General Foreman and Maintenance Superintendent. Development and implementation of asset management standard requirements such as work management, condition monitoring, asset integrity, asset criticality and strategies, asset performance management, reliability and maintainability improvement and operate-for- reliability. Knowledgeable of operational readiness, commissioning and start-up / ramp-up processes. Designated as company representative to coporate's Asset Management Collegiate Sessions (2015-2018).Leadership provided for workforce competency enhancement and engagement, establishing cross-functional teams and for contributing to build a supportive asset and process safety management culture. Safety-first attitude relevant to be designated as project manager to develop diverse safety improvement projects such as vital behaviors, process safety management, fatality risk management / live work elimination, electrical safety.
