Acted as the main point of technical assistance for two school campuses within the district. Duties included but were not limited to computer/peripheral diagnosis and repair, technical instruction/coaching and inventory purchasing/management. Speaking and listening skills were heavily used to ensure good service to faculty and staff.

Acted as main point of support for several large scale accounts within the company. Some of the accounts that were managed included Popeye's, Hungry Howie's and Fresh Brothers. Communication would be kept on a daily/weekly/bimonthly/monthly schedule. Attended biweekly meetings with company executives to discuss accounts. Also fulfilled the role of trainer for new employees. The training would cover the support aspect of the company and provided knowledge on many concepts such as hardware/software/cloud based support. Experience with using Bomgar for remote sessions and Salesforce for recording case notes and customer activity. Technical support included but was not limited to installation and troubleshooting for printers, network switches, firewalls, kitchen display systems and POS systems. Troubleshooting often included altering a SQL database.

Right fit customers according to their cellular needs and troubleshoot as necessary. Required fluid product bundling skills and quick thinking to maximize each sale and increase gross profit. Communication, listening and people skills were vital to understand what was expected of each customer. Knowledge of current phones and cellular formats.

Possessed an extensive knowledge in device hardware and software for diagnosing mobile phones and computers. Would often perform quick fixes such as hardware installation or software repair. Also performed more intensive repairs such as laptop keyboard replacements and LCD replacements. Communication and people skills were vital for success. Gained experience with service orders.
