About Manuel Arancibia

Manuel is the Chief Commercial Officer for PCR Energy US, a division of PCR which develops green field renewable energy projects in the US. He is responsible for finding the best commercial outlets for each project that the company develops.Before working with PCR Energy US, Manuel was President of FBG Energy LLC, where he developed a 400 MW pipeline of wind energy and solar projects in Argentina selling a 155 MW ready-to-build wind project that is currently under construction. Before working with FBG Energy Manuel lead Innovari's Latin American team who was responsible for growing the company's grid optimization solution in the region. Before being on the ground in Latin America, Manuel worked at EDP Renewables North America for four years in Houston, Texas. His previous responsibilities as Director of Energy Sales & Structuring at EDP Renewables included originating, structuring, negotiating and executing long term power purchase agreements for Wind farms and Solar plants in North America. Manuel also oversaw the Market Operations group which managed 3,700 MW of Wind Farms in the US. Prior to joining EDP Renewables, Manuel served as a Commercial Transactor in the Structuring & Portfolio Management Group for Exelon Generation Company, LLC, U.S. largest merchant nuclear operator.
