I am a calm, confident, passionate leader with extensive experience with children with diverse special need as well as typical students using the Cambridge and Ghana Education Service (G.E.S) curricula. I have work professionally for the past 10 years with kids from all walks of life.My rich experience at Multikids Inclusive Academy has given me a wide range of skills andapproaches to promoting multisensory learning. I work as a part of a multisensory team withoccupational therapists, speech and language therapists, physiotherapists and applied behavioranalysts to develop individual education plans for learners and create a supportive environmentfor learners with diverse educational needs. My passion for inclusive education spurs me on toundertake further research in this area and I enjoy working with organizations that put forththe needs of a child. I very much uphold the philosophy of Multikids Inclusive Academy whichis every child matters.I have received training in dyslexia, which has given me the ability to use well-structuredinstructional materials to support students who struggle with learning.I worked as a class teacher and also lead for lower primary, at Golden Foundation School for 2and half years before coming to Multikids Inclusive Academy. These experiences have given methe ability to be patient, compile document, and use the G.E.S. and Cambridge Curricula topresent lessons effectively.Through in-person meetings, Zoom parent conferences, and the Tapestry application, I am ableto effectively interact with parents in a sensitive, compassionate, and professional manner,demonstrating my effective communication skills.My relentless efforts and unwavering dedication to my work consistently enable me to achievemy goals individually and as a team.
