As a designer I must do as much as possible to bring to life customer's ideas and wishes, always trying to please them. However, if what they want do not please me, I can not simply agree with them in order to get the job since I believe that, the moment a customer falls back on our company, they expect the best from us and this includes not only our expertise but, above all, our commitment to honesty.Once all has been discussed and agreed ( and drawings and skecthes approved ), I must prepare whatever needed to go ahead with production ( shop drawings, templates, etc.)
