BPM project leader-Lead or participant in projects to implement BPM solutions using Teamworks, which includes simple process management/improvement tools, as well as BPM projects that include full process automation from external website users, directly into a Trust Accounting system. This includes internationally recognized BPM initiatives.Reporting-Responsible for creating reports for executive management using SQL queries and tools built into trust accounting system. Also provide requirements to have regular reports created in SSRS.Business Process Outsourcing-Business Analyst for a successful project to outsource a portion of operations work offshore. Responsibilities included related training, reporting, technology solutions, strategy, and continuing liaison between Denver and offshore team.System testing coordination-Lead efforts in testing BPM system, website functionality, and regular releases on trust accounting platform. Report and work with in-house technology team or product vendor to address any discovered issues.Triage-Analyze and coordinate solutions for any unexpected operations issues and processing inefficiencies.
