-Design Truck Brake Mechatronic Valves using Creo and NX-Define GD&T for New Models-Design Aluminium Parts following customer and internal guidelines-Develop New Components following PLC process-Perform Stack-ups-Foot Brake Valve Volvo MY2021 – Assembly for North American Market was developed based on European concept. Bendix Drawings were created. Stack-up to include ASME GD&T in Components was created. Plastic and Aluminum Components were modified acc. to Bendix requirements.-Quick Release Pressure Control Valve Volvo MY2021 – Rotating Flapper and Upper Body concepts were created for Quick Release PCV. QR PCV with Rotating Flapper is in Patent Process.

- Front Head Lamp BMW Series 8 MY2021- Frame for Horizontal and Vertical Adjustment was designed in Catia, all internal requirements were met. Drawing (3D-Master) was created and GD&T were defined.- Fog Lamp GM Opel Astra MY2018 – Customer DWG was improved adding some GD&T acc. to Installation in Vehicle. - Front Head Lamp Volvo Truck VNM MY2018 – Engineering Changes were implemented on time to meet customer requirements.- Front Head Lamp Daimler Truck Freightliner - MY2020 – Engineering Changes were implemented on time to improve manufacturing process.- Create 3D Models (Catia V5 and NX 11) for components and Assembly using company methodology. - Control and Release NX 11 Components, Assembly and 3D-Master/Drawing.- International Assignment, Wieselburg, Austria (2018).
