Responsible for operation and maintenance of HVAC System, Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System, Water Features, Swimming Pools, Access Control System, BMS system, Emergency Lighting System, MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) and Civil works. Managing the ongoing contract in accordance with contractual and statutory requirements with more than 50 staffs. Responsible for allocating total Facility Management Services including housekeeping, security, lifeguarding and MEP in accordance with the contractual requirements including preparation of reports as required. Managing excellent relationship with the client, suppliers and subcontractor.Giving technical assistance in all required aspect for supervisors and technicians.Establishing and maintaining PPM schedules and reactive jobs and to ensure that PPM and reactive job will be completed before the due date as sets in the Service Level Agreement. Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures. Conducting monthly audit sets by Center of Excellent Department and upload to dashboard. Implementing continues improvement and reducing energy savings. Operates independently within working parameters sets by Facilities Manager and Senior Facilities Manager. Preparing quotations, costing, inquiries to subcontractor, action plans and resulution to clients inquiries. Report any incidents within the time frame as set in the escalation matrix. Checking, approving and controlling parts and material consumptions. Ensure that have adequate parts and materials available in the store. Coordinates with client contractor, checking thier jobs and ensure that they comply with client requirements as per thier conract. Checking the works activities by the retailers subcontractor and ensure that they comply with client Health and Safety policies and procedures. Preparing Method of Statement, Risk Assessment, issuing PTW and ensure the Health and Safety of Emrill staffs even subcontractor staffs.

Responsible for operation and maintenance of HVAC System, Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System, Elevators, BMS, CCTV, Public Address System, Access Control System, UPS, Standby Generator, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Civil Works. Meeting with the clients regularly. Controlling, checking parts and material consumptions and monitor the availablity of parts and materials in the store. Ensure the sites are run well and meet the standard that was set by the client.Coordinates with client Value Added Services coordinator and other subcontractor.Preparing costing, quotations, method of statement, risk assessment, PPM procedures and schedules, weekly, monthly rand HSE reports. Approving staffs schedule and overtime.Response to all inquiries raised by the clients, client customers and response immediately to all emergency call outs. Implement and follow the safety rules and regulations of the company. Managed Dubai Marina Site with 24 technicians, 2 supervisors and 2 drivers. Manage Sharjah projects with 2 supervisors, 48 technicians and 3 drivers. Giving technical assistance in all requires aspect for supervisors and technicians. Directly report to Area operation Manager.

Directly reports to HVAC and Plumbing Manager of Architecture Department. Supervise direct and indirectly for the installation of HVAC equipments,fabrication and installation of pipes, ducts, fittings,sanitary fixtures and fire fighting equipments for Laffan Refinary Project. Prior to installation of pipes, ducts, plumbing and sanitary fixtures, checked all materials if conforms with client specifications and approved from the client. Preparing documents for Application for inspection (AFI) prior to flushing, hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, reinstatement, installation of HVAC equipments, plumbing works and punch list clearing. Preparing field change request in the as built drawing, documents for release for painting, backfilling and get approval from the client. Preparing hydrotest and pneumatic packages, pre commissioning and commisioning checklist.Performing line checking, air blowing, pneumatic and hydrotesting, flushing and reinstatement of the pipeline. Performing pre commissioning and commissioning with vendor representative and client inspector and prepared punch list as per comments. Initiating and recommending improvement of the process in the system related to HVAC, piping, plumbing and fire fighting system to improve efficiency and effectively achieving the objectives.Preparing progress report, daily, weekly and monthly report and submitted to Consortium Coordinator. Preparing 3 weeks schedule for contruction works and 2 weeks look ahead for Pre Commissioning and commissioning. Responsible for operation and maintenance for temporary air conditioining system for control rooms, swicth rooms and instrument rooms.Document controlling and monitoring the newly release drawing and revised drawings. Implementig and follow the safety rules and policies of the company.

• Directly reports to Site Manager• Manage the site with 05 Engineers and more than 30 technicians’ and supervisor• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the following equipments: Building Management System (BMS), Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System, HVAC system (Chillers, Package A/C units, Split and Window Type A/C, Fresh Air Fans, Exhaust Fans, Heaters, Humidifiers) Dead Body Freezers, Heat Exchangers, Reverse Osmosis, Boilers, Medical Gas System, Air Compressors, Generator sets, Diesel engine deep well pump, Booster Pumps, Laundry Equipments, Swimming Pool, Sewage Treatment Plant, Telecommunication system, Electrical Substations, UPS system, civil works and all non medical Equipments for hospital and residential units for the Medical Staffs’• Acting Site Manager when the Site Manager is on vacation or out of the site.• Prepare monthly schedule, monthly report and submitted to MOH (Ministry of Health Engineer).• Prepare purchase order for spare parts, monitor three (3) months consumable materials and spare parts stocks to insure that there will be no delay in operations due to the lack of spare parts.• Receive maintenance work order and assign team to carry out the request job order• Attend emergency call out after duty hours• Perform corrective maintenance and implement preventive maintenance schedule as per relevant checklist specified in the Operation and Maintenance manual.• Overhaul compressors from 10 tons to 125 tons capacity (Semi Hermitic Compressors)• Trouble shooting electrical control for HVAC system, Sewage Treatment Plants, Laundry Machines, Reverse Osmosis plants, and other non medical equipments.• Locate and replace faulty and damage cable for telecommunication system
