Reporting to the Global Order to Cash Director, he takes on the leadership of a Global Collections Team present in 4 geographies (UK, Mexico, Greece and Malaysia) with the mission of recovering collection ratios and stabilizing cash flow in a global organization that in recent years has been recovering from a challenging financial situation (Chapter 11). Focused on achieving results supported by training and coaching the team, redesigning processes, uncovering systems potential and building positive collaborative relationships with other stakeholders.

Was one of the initial Customer Service Operations Team member with the main objective of preparing Jan00 operation launch at telecommunications market liberalization, while incorporating EDINET (telco’s company for EDP group). At a second phase, Commnexo acquisition repositioned company focus on Corporate market. • Searching of continuous improvements in collections indicators: Cash Flow, Bad Debt and DSO’s• From March 2005 to Dec. 2006, improved 20% monthly cash flow when revenue decreased 10%• Definition of collections policy and credit control processes according to Customer segmentation• Working with outside consultants on the detail and implementation of the necessary it requirements (billing, collections, customer management and SAP)• Responsible for the negotiation with all outside entities necessary for the normal execution of processes (Banks, SIBS, CTT, External Collections Agency, External Lawyer, etc…)• Team recruitment and function definition

Joined the project at early stage with 6 months operation as Customer Service Representative performing Call Center and Back Office tasks.
