As a Software Engineer, I specialize in backend development using Java and Spring, within a Canary Deployment environment. I work with multiple services and APIs, leveraging my expertise in object-oriented programming and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices. I actively participate in daily meetings and design reviews based on agile methodologies, offering insights and evaluations to implement or enhance the application's functionality. I also conduct thorough testing and monitoring of tools and components integrated into the application to ensure optimal performance. I create, maintain, and monitor automation scripts designed to comprehensively test the application's features and user interface using Node.js/WebdriverIO and or Java/Selenium.I completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of South Florida, where I have learned various concepts and skills related to web development, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. I have also completed a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering (which is very similar as Computer Science in my Country) at Universidad del Norte, where I was selected as a distinguished student and part of the dean's list due to my high GPA. I am eager to keep learning, accumulate experience from co-workers, and contribute to team success through discipline, determination, and hard work.
