-I am the first contact between employees and managers regarding more complex HR questions, issues and incidents, involving SAP ORG changes, SAP Time Entry errors, by submitting the appropriate/necessary tickets to get their needs taken care of.- I support the onboarding process for craft and staff full-time employees by making sure their Employee numbers and usernames are created with their correct personal and organizational information. I had a key role on the implementation on the current process.- Username management which includes organizational reassignments, position title updates, and deactivations. Basic SAP knowledge and organizational understanding is required as these duties are closely related to the information stored in there. - Organize and safely store printed copies of all active and inactive employee contracts. This includes organizing employee’s folders in alphabetical order, also keeping track of this physical archive and all movements made on an Excel spreadsheet. - Access the payroll provider’s remote system TRESS and generate weekly reports on our craft employee headcount, turnover, position changes and overtime.

- Contacted, scheduled and/or confirmed candidates scheduled to arrive to interview sites. This involves getting all their trades and experience on their profiles to route them to their appropriate disciplines or projects.- Detected and merged duplicate profiles encountered for a single candidate, making sure to keep the HR recruiting database with the last and accurate contact info and licenses/certifications. - Sourced resumes, posts jobs onto appropriate job postings boards as instructed.
