Principal of McFarland Middle School for 4 years and received the "Schools to Watch" Model middle school award this month Feb 2017. • Vice Principal for a Comprehensive High School and a Continuation High School. I have held the position of Vice Principal for 7 school years and 3 years previous as a teacher for the school district. • I was responsible for the creation and management of the Athletic budget, Migrant budget, and other Categorical budgets. • Responsible for the company’s effective management of Administrative full-time, General Labor and Seasonal employees with an employee population of up to 500 employees. • Knowledgeable and provided training to supervisory staff on all state, federal (EEOC, DOL, FLSA), OSHA and EPA regulations. • Responsible for the safe and effective operations of 6 citrus packing facilities.
