I am a dynamic professional open to new objectives, with a strong passion for teaching and training in the IT sector. I currently hold the position of Technical Trainer at Lucas Love Healthcare and BFS Healthcare in Belfast. I have extensive experience in managing groups of people in emergency situations such as pandemics and earthquakes. My skills include course design, training through webinars, and the use of eLearning tools.Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented innovative training programs, continuously improving current practices and facilitating the professional growth of my students and colleagues. My ability to remain calm under pressure and present information clearly has enabled me to achieve excellent results.I am certified as a BLS Instructor by the American Heart Association and have obtained various qualifications in Education and Training, as well as in Health and Social Care. I have also earned a certification in Disaster Management, with experience in six humanitarian missions with the International Red Cross. I hold an academic specialization in Disaster Management, acquired through a project with Civil Protection and the International Red Cross. I am currently an Emergency Responder with the British Red Cross.Through Squicciarini Rescue srl, I am responsible for training the United Nations World Food Programme in Rome. I am also a board member of the UNA NI (United Nations Association Northern Ireland).I am fluent in Italian, English, and Catalan, and have a good knowledge of Spanish.
