DxP Services, a new business unit of ITC Infotech, is the world’s largest consulting and system integration team solely focused on digital transformation using PTC's PLM software Windchill.

As part of the PTC Professional Services organization, my role as project manager is to ensure project delivery on-time, cost and quality and to drive profitability. By effectively planning, directing and leading project activities, I ensure PTC’s technology solutions transform the way PTC clients create and service their products. Furthermore, I manage customer expectations and strengthen our relationship, including identifying new business opportunities.

In my role of pre-sales consultant I am responsible for setting-up offers by defining project concepts and approach together with potential customers and negotiating all technical aspects of the contract. Also typically, responding to RFI's and RFP's.In my role of project manager I lead a team of consultants and technical experts through the complete lifecycle of typical business improvement projects.
