Implemented a CRM at national level and developed a corporate dashboard (Qlik) with key performance indicators for the top management. In charge of defining and controlling 4 million dollars Budget and managing a team of 20 IT professionals.

Responsible for planning, executing, controlling and closing of the Project about Fuel Control of Mining Trucks, following up issues and managing budget, Gantt and risks. This project allowed obtains large saving (USD$1 mm) and improve the quality of information.

Managed and implemented over 10 projects based on industry best practices (PMI), such as, Legacy Systems (.Net/SQL): Production Control and Quality Control Systems, KPIs controls, Inventory System based on IFRS, ISO Standards System, Business Intelligence Systems (Cognos):: Cubes and Dashboard for Quality control, Business Modeler (Quantrix): Production Annual Planning, SAP: implemented SD Y MM modules and Integrated Legacy System with SAP through SAP-PI. Performed international experience developing projects in Mexico (on-site) and Belgium (video-conference.) Managed 1 million dollar budget app. per project and teams up to 20 people.Implemented a Project Management Office (PMO), achieving alignment between Technologies and Business Strategy.

Promoted the E-government for citizenship, an example of this was the developed the first Workflow for payment requests.

Led and implemented Legacy Systems, such as, Commercial System, Shareholders Systems and Humans Resources Systems.
