As ACM Solution Supervisor for EMEA at Holcim Services EMEA I coordinate an international,based at different locations and multitask team in charge of supporting order taking, dispatching and quality activities for both RMX and AGG businesses in EMEA region. I deal with our providers ( Concrete Equipments, DORNER and TCS ), supervise the everyday activities and negotiate the conditions of specific releases and frame agreements.I represent HSEE at multiple internal European forums ( Process Experts Team Meetings, RMX and AGG Turntables ).

Member of the team currently developing and implementing EBM ( European Business Model ) an alignment project to standardize Construction Materials for Holcim in EMEA environment.I personally developed the Business Blue Print to cover the International Trading Activities performed by Holcim Trading LTD, a company operating worldwide with premises in Madrid, Dubai,Singapore and Miami. I coordinated the team ( internal and external ) that later on implemented this trading solution in the frame of EBM project. This implementation involved training,testing and going live activities.

As responsible for ACM in HSEE I supervise the deployment of our standard RMX solution in more than 70 plants located in Germany, the Netherlands and France.This process involves the coordination of the dispatching and batching tool development,adjustments and deployment, as well as taking care of key users training.I also manage the Quality Control Tool deployment for the formerly mentioned perimeter of facilities.
