Sono incaricato dello sviluppo prodotto calzature per la linea Moschino Uomo. In base agli input ricevuti dall’ufficio stile, mi relaziono con diversi fornitori della filiera per lo sviluppo della collezione, la consegna del campionario e la successiva industrializzazione del prodotto

Head in charge of the development of the project "A.N.G.E.L.O. HERITAGE": it consists in the development of a new platform for the digitalization of the physical archive (120 k pieces) in order to create a new business model.- coordination with all external partners of the project (Politecnico di Milano and Unibo)- partner selection of the software house- analysis of competitors, estimation of the potential market and marketing plan- operational management of the photography process and the workflow- study of a new classification method- project budget management

• Collaboration with the style office in Paris for the collection developement: materials, new structures, animations • Assistance for the new material research: suppliers contact, test evaluation with technicians, test on finished shoes • Assistance during collection sample development: supervision of sample’s progress, shipping, feedback from the showroom • Interfacing with the technicians during the various stages of prototypes and samples development • Data entry with PLM Aptos and D-moda web
