Responsibilities: KAM to manage a global telecom contract in MexicoACHIEVEMENTS/ RESULTS:• I negotiated 2 national contracts and one global one with a major Telcom customer, which allowed to rescue the account, with an increase in the sales, which currently represents a strategic client for the business by satisfying its requirements in a timely manner.• I integrated the management team (3 Managers, 4 Coordinators) and 60 operational to serve the telecom sector, giving structure and formality to the area and achieving ISO9000 Certification, contributing to generate greater confidence and business opportunities.• I developed the product portfolio for the 3 main business units (BU), doing sourcing in Asia, Europe, and Mexico to meet the needs of our customers and strategic markets, contributing to optimize profitability and product quality.
