Versatile project management duties within recently merged organisation "Shiftmove" (former Vimcar x Avrios), among others: - overseeing internal communication and employee formats such as All Hands meetings, AMA's, Leadership meetings- facilitating and creating workshops and training sessions to develop leadership, teams employees as well as to support building a healthy company culture - owning learning & development as well as employee engagement programs, closely aligned with external vendors - acting as OKR facilitator, developing and maintaining company wide OKR process to operationalise company strategy closely aligned with C-Suite - owning as well as supporting additional cross-functional projects supporting company growth
