I am a chemical and industrial engineer. I have a Master's Degree in Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety at work as well as accredited training in Lean - Six Sigma. I also have furthered my management training with the Executive Development Programme at IESE Business School.I have more than 10 years’ experience on analysing, improving processes and designing tools to make our job more effective using Lean thinking. I really enjoy my job working with people and learning every day from our experience and taking advantage of teamwork. It is great to work with a team of people and encourage them to achieve improvements in our day-to-day work by making our work easier.My first professional experiences involved calculations of solar thermal energy installations and later I started to develop my career managing Quality Systems, continuous improvement and operations management in industry.
