Line)Tool management system, Machine tool shop, Electronic Lab. Cutting tool grinding. ELECTRONIC LABORATORY SPECIALISTPosition directly responsible for: Support to Electronic Programmer Engineers of machining areas and assembly line to identificate and resolve machine problems. Design of all CNC programs for new productive parts. Design, purchasing and suppliers new projects to increase the productivity. Repair of electric and electronic damaged equipment of the plant.ELECTRONIC PROGRAMMER ENGINEERResponsible for: Electric and electronic process controls of Aluminium machining area, (Cylinder Head, Cylinder Head Cover, Water Pump, Oil Pump, Balance Shaft Carrier).Coordination of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for an optimal equipment function. OPERATIONS SUPERVISORResponsible for: Production, process control, quality (Handle of GD&T – Geometric, Dimension and Tolerances).All this at water pump, oil pump and cylinder head cover, machining lines.Try out and evaluation in USA of mentioned machining lines & installation and set up in Saltillo, Coahuila. (Saltillo Engine Plant).
