Tires Plus Cees LLC is a new players in the local tire market, serving Terrell Texas and neighboring communities. The company has been in business for three years. I joined the team when the second location, C&T, was purchased in 2021. I was hired on to run and manage C&T.Being part of Tires Plus Cees LLC has been a humbling experience. My roles include:Leader- I am responsible for a team of three, who are an extension of myself and our business. I make sure each member has what they need to succeed in our daily business practices and their own, respective delegated tasks. For example, one member is in charge of our wholesale business. Another individual is responsible for executing our roadside service cases. Costumer Relationship Management- Tires Plus Cees LLC currently provides services to 14 local business, including the City of Terrell. I am responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with each respective customer. I provide our account holders with the products and services they need and bill them accordingly.Sales & Inventory Management- I am responsible bulk sales, special orders and pricing for uncommon services. I also maintain a sensible inventory, depending on demand and seasonality. New inventory orders and payments made to our reliable suppliers also falls under the scope of my duties.

Utilized my licenses in life, property and casualty insurance to help protect people and their assets from losses, property damage, and accidents. -Assisted customers by tailoring policies to fit their specific needs-Maintained a strong relationship with clients as their households grew -Surpassed monthly sales expectations on multiple occasions, even leading the office in sales on my first month in the bull pen
